Does this include employees in the University of Arkansas educational system? And if so, how do I find out if I qualify? I’ve not heard anything about this from my employer.
Have you asked your employer or supervisor? That’s the best way to find out if this applies to you specifically. It may depend on length of service and other factors, depending on the employer/employee.
I asked our HR department and was told that the System Administration decided they were no longer doing this. Whatever that means….lol Pretty sure my institution is doing everything they can to not give bonuses or raises. Thanks for the help. Have a good one.

If I changed positions within the same agency Willi still get my bonus? My year came up in January then my position changed in March at the same agency, different facility.
If I received all 4s only ppes, what would be my bonus percentage?
I would like to know why supervisors who are supposed to be responsible for filling out evaluations are told that no one get the higher mark? So above average is the mark I just go beat out of 1.5 percent. But the supervisor oh they make the 4.5 mark. Who are they to evaluate me? Need to look at this system.
We need to have a better system than evaluation. I want my 4.5%. I have been employed 4+ years now, come to work, work hard long 12 hour shifts, don’t miss much work at all. Clean my own uniforms press them. But when they tell you they have been told not to give out 4.5% who is tellin them this? This needs to be looked into soon.
